Meet the Founder.
Hi, I’m Mallory.
I’m the founder of Rituel Pilates, and a local business owner who believes the best part of your day should be the hour you spend on yourself.
As a Nurse Practitioner I’ve worked in emergency medicine, the operating room, orthopedics, plastic surgery, and dermatology. Those years taught me how the body moves and heals, and how much confidence comes from feeling strong in your own skin. That belief led me to open Thérapie, and now it’s behind Rituel.
I built Rituel to be the studio I always wanted to walk into: calm, beautiful, and welcoming from the moment you open the door. Every detail, from the lighting to the music, is here to make you want to come back.
The name says it all. Pilates is more than a workout. It’s a ritual, a practice that pays off over time in strength, posture, and peace of mind.
It’s also a community of people who share your goals and cheer you on. I can’t wait to welcome you in.
